\ud83c\udf08 L\u2019empathie, c\u2019est d\u00e9velopper son intelligence \u00e9motionnelle pour mieux vivre avec les autres. La responsabilit\u00e9, c\u2019est comprendre l\u2019importance de prendre soin de soi et des autres. Et pour Gemmes, les deux visions combin\u00e9es permettent aux jeunes de s\u2019engager et de renforcer leurs comp\u00e9tences psycho-sociales ! \ud83c\udf0e

Au Luxembourg, nous collaborons depuis 2021 avec Unity Foundation<\/a> dans le cadre de leurs activit\u00e9s de sensibilisation sur les th\u00e8mes de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et du d\u00e9veloppement.

En 2023, Unity Foundation a co-anim\u00e9 ou facilit\u00e9 cinq ateliers SPARKS Empathie & Responsabilit\u00e9 au sein de trois \u00e9coles : le lyc\u00e9e Aline Mayrisch, l\u2019\u00e9cole europ\u00e9enne de Kirchberg et le lyc\u00e9e Lallange. Par ailleurs, une enseignante de l\u2019\u00e9cole internationale du Luxembourg (ISL) a \u00e9galement anim\u00e9 ce m\u00eame atelier dans le cadre du programme \u00ab\u202fChangemakers\u202f\u00bb. Au total, ce sont 104 \u00e9l\u00e8ves de 13 \u00e0 18 ans qui ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de ces ateliers au Luxembourg l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.

\ud83d\udcab Quels sont les effets et les impacts concrets de ces ateliers ?
– Une meilleure compr\u00e9hension des \u00e9motions des autres, une capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 les exprimer et \u00e0 poser plus de questions pour mieux conna\u00eetre leurs camarades de classe ;
– Plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont \u00e9galement rapport\u00e9 que l\u2019atelier Empathie & Responsabilit\u00e9 les a aid\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer leur bien-\u00eatre.

Au lyc\u00e9e Aline Mayrisch, les ateliers se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s au cours de la \u00ab semaine \u00e0 projets \u00bb afin d\u2019avoir un plus grand potentiel d\u2019impact dans un format intensif.

\ud83d\udca5 Les r\u00e9sultats :
– Un niveau d\u2019unit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 observ\u00e9 par les professeurs et les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ainsi qu\u2019une meilleure compr\u00e9hension et un soutien mutuel entre eux ;
– La r\u00e9solution de leurs conflits ;
– Une sant\u00e9 mentale am\u00e9lior\u00e9e : \u00ab ils semblaient beaucoup plus heureux apr\u00e8s l\u2019intervention \u00bb, selon la psychologue de l’\u00e9cole ;
– Un engagement au service des autres : avec l’acte de service, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont pu mettre en pratique tout ce qu’ils avaient appris au cours des semaines pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes et voir l\u2019impact qu\u2019ils peuvent avoir sur les personnes qui les entourent. Les participants aux ateliers ont assembl\u00e9 leurs talents et les ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 la maison de retraite et au march\u00e9 de No\u00ebl du lyc\u00e9e.

\ud83d\udcc8 L\u2019impact se mesure \u00e9galement par la volont\u00e9 de certains \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 devenir ensuite eux-m\u00eames animateurs des ateliers Empathie & Responsabilit\u00e9. Ceci est le gage de leurs engagements pour continuer \u00e0 transmettre aux autres ce qu\u2019ils ont appris pour transformer leur regard sur eux-m\u00eames, les autres, et le monde. \ud83c\udf31<\/p>
