Gemmes supports young people aged 12 to 24 to develop a new outlook on themselves, others, and the world around them.

Our Impact on the Ground
With Gemmes, your support leads to real, lasting change:
🧠 By developing young people's social and emotional skills — like empathy, active listening, self-confidence, resilience, and emotional regulation.
🏫 By empowering educators with the tools they need to create a positive and supportive school environment.
🤝 By creating spaces for expression and collective action, where young people can share, connect, and serve together.
We act through two complementary approaches:
🌱 Workshops with young people : innovative sessions led by our team that nurture emotional intelligence and personal growth.
🌱 Support for educational teams : through our SPARKS program, we train teachers and other school staff and provide them with ready-to-use resources to foster well-being and constructive dialogue in the classroom — from middle school to high school.

- Reach 4 000 young people
- Train 450 education professionals
- Run programs in 50 schools, primarily in the Île-de-France and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regions (in France).

Gemmes operates with agility and efficiency: a small, dedicated team, passionate facilitators, and volunteer leadership. Our methods are proven, and our impact is recognized. Now, we’re scaling up — and we need your support.
For 2025–2026, we need € 200.000 to complete our budget and bring our projects to life.
🌟 Every donation counts. With € 500, you can fund a full day of SPARKS training for an educational team and provide SPARKS a kit that supports up to 150 students.
